Placing an order with OLRM Online Store
Sign up for an online account
- Go to www.olrm.org/online_store
- Click on Register on the right, near the top of the screen.
- Fill in all the information and press the Submit and Continue button.
- You account is now set up and you are signed in.
Shop and Add Products
- Browse our catalog and when you want to view a product click the MORE button.
- Enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the Quantity Box and hit the Add to Basket button.
- The product will show up in the Shopping Cart box in the upper left column.
- Continue to shop until you have added all the products you desire to your cart.
Check-out
- Once you have added all the products that you wish to purchase to your cart, simply hit the "view cart" button.
- On the next screen confirm that your cart contains all the products you wish to purchase and press "continue."
- On the next screen confirm that your delivery address is correct and press "continue." FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS: Use a 5-digit standard US Postal Service Zip Code. DO NOT use the 4 digit extension.
- On the next screen choose your preferred method of shipment from the dropdown box next to "shipping and handling." Then press "continue."
- On the next screen choose your preferred method of payment. "By Mail" - "Credit Card"
- Press continue.
Payment Types
By Mail
- If you have an established account with OLRM the order will be charged to your account. We ask that you DO NOT send in the printed order form. Keep the printed form for your records and pay the balance due after receiving your order.
- If you are ordering for the first time you will need to mail in the printed order form with your payment before the order will be filled.
Credit Card
- On the next screen choose from the "Card Type" box.
- Enter your card number (with NO SPACES) in the "card number" box.
- Enter the expiration date on your card. Be sure to use the MM/YYYY format.
- Enter the 3 digit security code on the back of your card. American Express uses 4 digits on the front of the card.
- Check that your address info is correct and press "GO NOW!" Please do not press this button more than once or hit the back button on your browser!
Your order is complete!
