Terms & Conditions

After the order information and payment have been received, OLRM will provide the ordered goods and services as soon as possible (an anticipated delivery schedule is provided with each order, but it is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary). You agree to pay for legitimate expenses related to your order, including the cost of the goods ordered and services necessary to prepare them, plus handling and shipping costs. We can accept payment by:

  • Check or Money Order in US dollars
  • Credit or debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover

Credit Card Payments are charged a 5% processing fee.

Order Sequencing

We process orders in the order in which they are received (and paid for), and most leave here one to three days after we start on them. Orders that require special labor or out of stock components may take longer. We will notify you via email if your order will be significantly delayed.

Adjustments, Canceled Orders, Notifications and Shipments

Once an order has been placed via the internet it cannot be changed or altered. We cannot take items off, add items, or cancel the order. Once the order is ready, we will ship it to the address you provide. We will make a genuine effort to notify you of any problems with the order, and when the order ships; this is usually done by e-mail.

Mistakes, Defects, Late or Missing Orders

If we make a mistake on your order, or if any products prove to be defective in materials or workmanship, please notify us and we will correct it at no additional cost to you. All delivery dates are estimates only. If the order is not delivered within two weeks of when we ship it (four weeks for international orders), or if there is sufficient reason to believe that the shipment has been lost or destroyed in transit please contact us. If the provided delivery address was correct, there will be no additional cost for the replacement shipment.


Please make all returns for merchandise within thirty (30) days. Returns made after thirty (30) days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items prepackaged by the manufacturer (i.e. cord) will no longer be accepted for refund or credit unless the items are returned in the original packaging.

There is no need to get advance authorization before sending a return, but we recommend contacting us before returning items.

Credits and Refunds

We process returns, credits and order adjustments once or twice per month. We provide store credits unless you specify otherwise. In the event that we end up owing you a refund of $25 or more, we agree to provide it in the form of a check within one month of your completed return and refund request. Credits less than $25 are generally provided as store credits. We will attempt to contact you about credits over $25 that are more than one year old. If we cannot reach you, or if the credit is under $25, credits over one year old are transferred to our donations account and used for charitable purposes.


We sometimes cancel orders if payment is declined, the order is fraudulent, or we have reason to believe that the customer is being unethical. You agree to pay for any legitimate costs that are a consequence of your actions, requests, original order, your changes, cancellation, your addressing and ordering errors, unnecessary charge backs, bad checks, unforeseen costs of shipping and handling, or related actions, including legal and court fees, related travel expenses to collect the debt, interest on unpaid balances, and costs of administration and collection. By ordering from us you authorize us or our delegates to perform card charges and/or electronic check drafts to collect any such amounts due, with or without warning, within one year of the event in question.

Liability Issues

Any material object, if misused, could cause injury, and all products we provide should be used only in the way they are intended and made. Nothing we make is intended for unsupervised use by children. Beads in particular should not be handled by young children, as they pose a potential choking hazard. By purchasing from us, the purchaser agrees that, barring negligence, we are to be held harmless in the event of any injury or expense arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Shipping, Handling and Delivery Schedules

U.S. Shipments

Orders to be delivered in the U.S.A., its territories or military bases ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We make every effort to ship packages through the method that you choose. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you choose UPS for delivery to a PO Box your order will be sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail. These methods result in delivery usually within two weeks of shipment (often within five days). In rare circumstances, the shipment may be delayed due to an error in routing, bad address, or other unforeseen problem.

We offer expedited shipping (UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) only for telephone orders.

International Shipments

International orders ship by First Class International or Priority Mail International. Your country may inspect the package at its customs office, and may charge an import duty. OLRM has no control over such delays or charges.

Order Tracking

OLRM does not provide order tracking information. Under some circumstances OLRM will opt to add insurance or delivery confirmation for your order. We will do this at no extra cost to you.

OLRM Mission Materials

All parts and materials designated as "Mission" are sold with the intent that they be made into rosaries given away free of charge. The cost of procuring and packaging our "Mission" materials is underwritten by our members' dues and the profits from our "Gift" materials. The price that you pay is subsidized by these activities. OLRM, and our members, ask that you respect our founding purpose of supplying rosary makers with inexpensive "Mission" materials by never using our "Mission Rosary Parts" for profit making ventures.

By purchasing "Mission" materials you agree to never resell these items for a profit, nor sell rosaries made from these materials. Any person thought to be in violation of this mission policy will be banned from placing future orders with OLRM.

Credit Card Fraud and Bounced Checks

OLRM will cooperate with local and international authorities to pursue and prosecute anyone engaging in credit card fraud. The same holds true for bad checks.
